How do you estimate the cost of a project?
We've created a formula that estimates cost based on material, product size and specifications. For unique projects we quote those on a case by case basis. Get in touch for more details.
How big is your current team?
We're a team of three. We've been trained by the manufactor, Okuma, who builds and develops the highest spec CNC machines. We know the machine inside out, so no matter the complexitiy of your project, we'll be able to figure out a way to do it.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order one panel, or one door, or one cabinet, whenever you like.
How accurate is the CNC machine?
Our CNC machine cuts to 0.1mm +/-. We've never had a complaint about accuracy but if any of your products come out 0.3mm different, we'll happily replace.
What are your payment policies?
For standard products, all payments are required before the project begins. Don't worry, final measurements are signed off by you before going to CNC. For unique projects, we will work on a case by case basis.
How long will my project take?
A project depends on the size of the order and our schedule. We look to turn around every project within a week but our team will give you a better estimate along with the price quote.
Do you provide services and materials?
Materials are included as part of the service and included in the cost. For standard products, we offer multiple variables, see our products pages for more details. Alternatively, sign up to receive our order form.
Can't find the material or product you're after?
If the material is not on our order sheet, then we would consider the job as a unique project. We will consider all projects, so get in touch and we can discuss how to move your project forward.
